But, it seems...I'll comment in detail again later.. But, it seems like you had some pent up passionate frustration inside.. :) .. Interestingly, something that I wanted to write about was the Memorial Service for the victims at Virginia Tech.. It was by far, the worst display of grief I have ever seen, the most shallow and superficial..

Each dignitary called onto the dias, was called like it was a political campaign, complete title and position followed by a standing ovation before they took the stage.. Incredibly bad, poorly structured speech by the Governor.. Bush for once, made a decent speech and didn't say too much.. That was the saving grace..

A member of the community from every imaginable religion came and gave their condolences in light of their respective religious beliefs.. What the hell did religion have to do with it all..

Anyway, see if you can get it on youtube or something..Harihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07411434372629161173noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26993540.post-27253929812042465222007-04-21T18:46:00.000-07:002007-04-21T18:46:00.000-07:00now , what shuould I say ..... it is a given that ...now , what shuould I say ..... it is a given that i strongly agree with all that u have to say here. Gandhi was in fact a shrewd man, an intelligent man who did adopt the most human of means to to acheive his ends. that he could stay so human is a sign of greatness to some, but it is important people realise why exactly he was branded a mahatma..the meaning of the mahatma in this context. it was not for a spiritual reason, he never did walk on water or part the waves. it was for the fact that he human. I tried getting this point across to a few people and was laughed at. In most cases questioning the title Mahatma was considered sacriligeous, they would hear no more. i could go on this .... and it is infact distressing the world goes on without concern , as you aptly summed up in your last line.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07492323928528702915noreply@blogger.com
